3. Payments and Refunds

Project pricing is detailed in our services catalog. Payments are typically milestone-based. Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the work completed.

4. Intellectual Property

All software built for clients remains the property of the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

Succeed HQ Innovations is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
